翻译：The peacock flies to the southeast, pausing and turning back every five miles.

山有木兮木有枝，心悦君兮君不知。

翻译：There is a tree on the mountain, with branches spreading wide; my heart is pleased with you, but you do not know it.

君当作磐石，妾当作蒲苇。

翻译：You should be like a solid rock, and I should be like reed grass.

君本佳人，奈何作贼？

翻译：You were originally a beauty, why must you become a thief?

黄鹤之飞尚不得，猿猱欲度愁攀援。

翻译：Even the yellow crane cannot fly over, the monkey wants to cross but is worried about climbing.

过桥西上，风雪满别离。

翻译：Crossing the bridge to the west, the wind and snow fill the parting.

此情可待成追忆，只是当时已惘然。

翻译：This feeling can only be remembered as a memory, for at that time, it was already lost.

君若扬路尘，妾若浊水泥。

翻译：If you are like dust raised by the wind, I am like muddy water.

浮云蔽白日，游子不顾反。

翻译：Floating clouds obscure the bright sun, the wanderer does not turn back.

思君令人老，岁月忽已晚。

翻译：Thinking of you makes one age, and time has passed swiftly.

君不见高堂悲白发，朝如青丝暮成雪。

翻译：Have you not seen the mirror in the high hall, reflecting the sorrow of white hair? In the morning, hair is black as silk, but in the evening, it turns to snow.

人生得意须尽欢，莫使金樽空对月。

翻译：In life, when one is happy, one should enjoy it to the fullest; do not let the golden cup be empty facing the moon.

天生我材必有用，千金散尽还复来。

翻译：Nature has given me talents that must be used; if gold is spent, it will return.

烹羊宰牛且为乐，会须一饮三百杯。

翻译：Cook the sheep and the cow, and enjoy the feast; we must drink three hundred cups together.

岑夫子，丹丘生，将进酒，杯莫停。

翻译：Cen Fuzi, Dan Qiu Sheng, let’s drink wine, do not stop the cup.

与君歌一曲，请君为我倾耳听。

翻译：I will sing a song for you, please listen with your ears.

钟鼓馔玉不足贵，但愿长醉不愿醒。

翻译：Bells, drums, and delicacies are not valuable; I only wish to be drunk and not to wake up.

古来圣贤皆寂寞，惟有饮者留其名。

翻译：Since ancient times, all the wise and virtuous have been lonely, only those who drink leave their names behind.

陈王昔时宴平乐，斗酒十千恣欢谑。

翻译：The King of Chen once held a feast in the Plain of Peace, drinking ten thousand cups of wine and enjoying himself.

主人何为言少钱，径须沽取对君酌。

翻译：Why do you say there is not enough money, just go and buy more to drink with me.

五花马，千金裘，呼儿将出换美酒，与尔同销愁。

翻译：A horse with five colors, a fur coat worth a thousand ounces, call the servant to exchange them for fine wine, and drink together to erase the sorrow of ten thousand years.
