苏轼《记承天寺夜游》

元丰六年十月十二日夜，欲睡，月色入户，欣然起行。念无与为乐者，遂至承天寺寻张怀民。怀民亦未寝，相与步于中庭。庭下如积水空明，水中藻荇交横，盖竹柏影也。何夜无月？何处无竹柏？但少闲人如吾两人者耳。

怀民惊喜，问：“何为者？”余告之曰：“盖竹柏影也。”怀民四顾，寂寥无人，因步亦步，亦步亦趋。余亦笑，遂至于庭。

庭下有如积水空明之境，水中藻荇交横，盖竹柏影也。何夜无月？何处无竹柏？但少闲人如吾两人者耳。

元丰六年十月十二日夜，我正准备脱衣睡觉，月光照进了屋内，我高兴地起床出门散步。想到没有人和我一起玩乐，于是我去承天寺找张怀民。怀民也没有睡，我们一起在庭院里散步。庭院里的月光宛如积水一般清澈明亮，水中的水草纵横交错，原来是竹子和柏树的影子。哪个夜晚没有月光？哪个地方没有竹子和柏树？只是缺少像我们两个这样清闲的人罢了。

In the night of the twelfth day of the tenth month in the year Yuanfeng, I was about to take off my clothes and go to sleep when the moonlight entered the room. I happily got up and went for a walk. Thinking that there was no one to have fun with, I went to find Zhang Huaimin at Chengtian Temple. Huaimin had not gone to sleep either, and we walked together in the courtyard. The moonlight in the courtyard was as clear as still water, with aquatic plants and reeds crisscrossing, which were the shadows of bamboo and cypress trees. Which night does not have the moon? Where does not have bamboo and cypress trees? It’s just that there are few idle people like us two.

Huaimin was surprised and asked, “What is this for?” I told him, “It’s the shadows of bamboo and cypress trees.” Huaimin looked around, seeing no one, and followed me, walking lightly. I also laughed, and we walked together to the courtyard.
